HEALING WITH NATURE
#11 What do nature, water, food, animals, and plants all have in common? They gift us many things and our spiritual energy is connected to everything. Our water, forests, and soil provide us with food to eat, and the air we breathe and water helps us irrigate our crops which continues to be our primary source of survival. We rely on them as well as essential microorganisms for our ecosystem services. They affect our health, prosperity, and happiness which are all energy derived. It is super important to understand how valuable they are and how they have to affect us and help us all heal.
We are electrical beings and our bodies cells contain various ions like sodium ions, potassium ions, chloride ions, etc. which have the tendency to conduct electricity and this makes our bodies good conductors of electricity. This means that everything, including humans, is simply energy stored in mass particle form. According to the theories associated with the universal energy field; all matter and psychological processes — thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes — are composed of energy. By connecting with nature and animals we can get mental, physical, and emotional benefits. Our relationship with the natural environment can be understood through the concept of biophilia and the biophilia hypothesis. This term is defined as humans' need to affiliate with other life such as plants and animals. This essentially means that humans have the desire to be near nature.
The way I have learned to utilize nature in my healing is by going to the beach close to the water, taking a hike in the forest to hug a tree, and engaging with animals. I take off my shoes to plant my feet in sand or soil, to allow the electricity to run through me. I trust, believe, and pray to become vulnerable so I allow myself to heal instead of controlling my emotions with anxiety. While experiencing these connections you have to give out trust, love, and appreciation to nature so that you will receive that same energy in return. The same thing goes for animals, we have to appreciate every animal for what they are, their purpose in life, and what role they play in this world. When you realize no matter if they are cute or not we all deserve love and healing.
We are like butterflies, we go through changes before we become something beautiful. No stage in life is permanent for both humans and butterflies it starts with an egg, followed by three stages of life. Caterpillars start very small with their voracious appetites, growing at an astonishing rate, then they are amazing pollinators that help fruits, vegetables, and flowers to produce new seeds, then they slow down when their lifespan is coming to an end. Butterfly spirit animal personalities are some of the most gentle and loving souls around. Butterfly symbolism and meanings include angels, transformation, delicate beauty, immortality, fertility, joy, and other special qualities. They also tend to be very giving and family oriented. It's important to take time out for yourself to reconnect with your own needs and desires. A lot of us deal with insecurities not realizing how beautiful we are just like butterflies because they never see the colors of their wings.
Healing with nature will not only help you but also send healing energy to others. Your vibrations matter and should be charged whenever, however. Let's continue to be happy, grateful and FEEL&HEAL so that we may vibrate positivity and heal the best ways we know how.
